Pic i got from one of Lowyat thread. The kfc farm is right next to Parcel A land where they going to build link house and semi d. And if you view from google map....it's pretty huge farm.

I think the first few launches are located on the west side. It should be a distance away from KFC farm.

My take, better to invest on the east side of the parcel. Chicken shit smell and lalat is no laughing matter.

That sri pajam project also looks interesting but folks staying there are complaining foul smell from nearby rubbish dump and poultry farms.

agree, can't gamble to wait the farm to be relocated/closed. It was there first anyway.

Lol, I believe an experience and dedicated developer shall conduct the environment assessment before implementing and draft out the master plan for the project, so that they can minimize the impact to the environment and make sure the buyers confident and happy on their products.

We should have confident on EW that they can do this kind of planning properly, and not repeating the cases happen in Pajam area...
