SEH 1 and EM connection is blocked by a plot of land.... owned by other...

U see the green line. If not mistaken tis the link connect whole area to NSE.

I dun sepeculate. Coz got ppl post the new link from Semenyih to NSE through EM n since u mention in setia Eco hill thread, EM can refuse to gv way to eco hill ppl use the EM link. Then, can EM dun gv way in tis case oso?.

SEH and EM connection is block by a plot of land owned by other. So, if they can connect the road through tis land. The mean Eco hill ppl can use the road lar. EM can not refuse Ecohill cars use this exist?. Right?.

To a certain extent, I do agree with u coz colonial concept is a you hate it or you like it kind of situation.

which is partly why the sales in EG is slow.
But then again, if pricing is low / reasonable enough, I don't see why people won't consider it...
