EM concept is so good and attractive and it actually promote a healthier life style as with parks ans lakes just around the corner, you can walk or relax anytime during the day. Down side to this that it might be abit higher in terms of noise level and privacy tooo. We seldom see ppl walking around the backyard of our house but with this concept there would be alot and some might sit there and observe your house or even you too Anyway, no doubt the concept is superb.
