SEH 20x70 built up approx 1810sf
Augusta RM455k is from 1690sf
need to spend money to extend, because too small built up

EW need to check with SA.. please refer to SA pretty girl contact in previous page.

Or the pattern of living may force to change due to inflation. Stay near city or city u get the convenience but in exchange. maybe is the space u get is smaller... Stay far u may get large space. But the travel cost and the time u spent on the road also longer. Far away place even with public transport for such long hour traveling also tiring and pay more too compare those short distant.

I always rate DPC a lot and most affluent taikors feel good about the stratified landed there and ensure me to buy the same G&G. Unfortunately not as rich as them.

Even all my wife punya jimuis ( invested prop but tarak knowledge but cash ) also asked whether the project is with gated & guarded when the prop investment talk was discussed.

At least also individual title with dmc like SEH.
