2) eco majestic (strata title. surely there will be stricter guidelines for own built bungalow?)
3) country heights (can stay near many VIPs but looking tired la the surrounding)
4) jade hills (can get out from sampah masyarakat status. kekeke)
anywhere else that i missed? need g&g or f&g bungalow lot

Actually, the 3 Kajang stations to KL by how many min this not the concern ....

Uncle myself concern .. is parking space ... able to "find a right" parking space ....and the "timing" to get a parking..

According to official MRT website http://www.mymrt.com.my/en/stations-list , only Saujana Impian and Kajang Station got park n ride facilities .... but no further info indicate how many parking space ...

However, bear in mind, not every station like Sri Petaling/ Bukit Jail LRT station got "plenty" of parking space ...

The distance frm Semeyik SEH to either 1 of Kajang MRT station around 11 - 15KM . . similarly distance from area Puchong to Bukit Jail LRT station, but majority of resident from puchong still self drive to work to KL ....

to reduce the traveling time for semeyik is the MRT extend to Semeyik ....

in morning every ppl rush to work,...  not only car traffic jam, LRT & Monorail also jam people .... for my experience, during time 8.10am -9am, if u depart from Hang tuah monorail station to Wisma Gentin station, it may take u 30 min ... (this is extremely mentally and physically exhausted) because too many ppl waiting for the train, ppl push ppl just to get inside the train asap....

tat y stay near to work place ... better than stay far ....

May I suggest that we erect a statue of banana at Rinching as to represent a big banana farm whose owner is of the ideology that Rinching is Rinching, Semenyih is Semenyih, Rinching is not Semenyih!!!

Teng kor, yeah.. The design will be different of course, but more or less about same concept.. Landscape, walkway, benches with gazebo alike structure around..

Hmm, the 15" ft backyard is not inclusive the two units, 22x70 and 22x75" own 3 ft at the back. Unless some changes after I asked last 2 weeks.

22x75 has the best internal layout, 30ft from living to dining hall ( longest type ) meanwhile 24x75 has bigger family hall at upper floor and longer car porch. Both are quite equally good IMHO.

Chris gor, I do ask.. They said will use red clay brick, and will use the mixture of ceramic / porcelain / homogeneoud tiles and some are 2 x 2 size...   

UFO taikor, SA told ceiling height for ground floor is 10 feet while first floor is 11 feet...
