My assumption is 1400@160psft and built up (2000 sf) @180psft.
This already included profit margin and cost of infra. Building specification is CONQUAS 90% and above quality. |

Having a rail service will really boost up the area.
Before that happens we might want to consider what other main attractions/deterrents be made available to make one's buying decision easier. |
