Can someone pop them number and put up the PSF for digestion purpose......

Also be noted that 20x70 type and 22x 70 has no
more backyard of its own.
Others have another 3 ft of your own space.

The SA claims that back yard is 15 ft
Wall to wall wide. Inbetween is
the mini linear garden.

All these areas are the common beautiful
area cover and look after by the maintainance
cost you pay.

What are the other differences and advantages
of the bigger units unknown here?

if i`m not mistaken, should be the 22 x 75 & 24 x 75 are fully extended instead of 20 x 70 and 22 x 70.

Being told most likely EM package only cover the Legal fees for SPA and loan and shall not include the MOT.

600k entry DSL need to fork out another RM 12k cash, while SEH covers all... doh.gif doh.gif

If not mistaken, you have 3 feet, opposite neighbour have 3 feet and common area is 8 feet? All will converted to garden landscape, only walkway and no tarred road. Kind of open concept, but at the backyard.. tongue.gif tongue.gif

20 x 70 and 22 x 70 xde family hall at first floor..

22 x 75 and 24 x 75 ada family hall at the first floor,

that's the biggest difference I can observe from the house layout plan... doh.gif doh.gif
