What are the other differences and advantages
of the bigger units unknown here?

If not mistaken, you have 3 feet, opposite neighbour have 3 feet and common area is 8 feet? All will converted to garden landscape, only walkway and no tarred road. Kind of open concept, but at the backyard..     

20 x 70 and 22 x 70 xde family hall at first floor..

22 x 75 and 24 x 75 ada family hall at the first floor,

that's the biggest difference I can observe from the house layout plan...

30ft living will be very spacious, wat I concern is the ceiling height (concrete), grond floor shd hv at least 10.5ft, 1st floor at least 10ft, anything more than that is a bonus

I also can bet that >70% of the info provided by SA are wrong in rgds to ceiling height, actual one always 3"-6" lower, a huge different to me

3 months ago put on sale at 780k, later dropped to 745k,
Last week agent offered me at 700k,
Profit less than 100k after 4 years, hmmm     

Anyway, ecoworld seems to be rushing to launch even before show houses are ready,
Got rumour interest rate is gonna increased in june/july,
Perhaps they wanna launch before rate hike..

Hopefully the interet rate hiike rumour can cool off interest in EM, then i can have higher chance and slowly pick my ideal unit ..

Based on this information, seems like EW is changing their marketing/selling strategy..
SEH last phase DSL 20x70, bu 1810sf sold at RM528K which translate to RM 292 psf.

Also DSL unit are quite big in BU, unlike previous strategy by SPS - Small BU - lower entry price- a strategy SPS is still deploying based on the SEH launches.
How would EW going to improvise on futures launches if BU is not a factor now? Higher ceiling height? Double volume Living hall? LSK must of thought of this in great depth.. Am very keen to know their strategy.

Developer is very good on marketing one.

Terrace houses normally two storey...

may be future phase, they can come out 3 storeys terrace house....so call super link.... higher BU etc.

Like Setia Alam, 20 x 65, they plan three storey leh..

I like lake view but dislike north facing.... It is just me,

If no choice, then can take it too...

Between lake and park, I die die take the former....not that Lakeville type....
