china was one to boost the hotmoney (printed from US). Mainstream media said china's economy hiked up robustly but from street perspective their people is suffering, property is not affordable for most of them (look at youtube documentary, journalist info, *ghosttown). So did malaysia with deficit increase 2014 is not going to be good time for most of people. FYF forecast by BNM was good, but it just a forecast. Gold is going down but price of property is going up. Not tele allign with gold, because gold also is having robust transaction so uncertainty rise (*eg. George Soros transaction). Btw asia going to suffer more if the big china continue to trade real goodies with hot printed money more. Dont be too greed later all big taiko impact so did the people.

actually all the 2014 budget can be bypass. RPGT, BNM rules, LTV70%, DIBS. Developer can easy change to DISS tongue.gif. Its how the market reaction. For flippers; involved a lot of 2012 new development that expect to completed after 3 years - 2015. Well 2015 we going to see the demand vs supply. Property transaction expect to be stagnant on 2014 as developer were pushing higher price after phase 1. One mahsing condo between sepang and nilai pon habis. eg Seri pajam. So 2015 can see clearly demand vs supply. One indicator can look on madini iskandar. If the take up rate were good for sure will boost malaysia economy. Flippers also now very creative talk to them you will know tongue.gif.
