Please lah, why get so excited just because I used Singapore as an example.. doh.gif ..the point which I'm driving at is that if one is to go in for medium and long term, property investments in the right locations is still the best despite corrections along the way. Are you saying that because of our lousy BN govt and its corruption that our property market will burn to the ground and that I have mislead everyone by using the wrong example? I'm sure the forumers here are a lot more mature than you think.

It depends on which developer. YTL for example, will probably not reduce their price. They have strong cash reserves. RM12 billion if I'm not mistaken? Look at IOI. They build shoplots and office building in Puchong even before selling them. No launching or ask for booking (or maybe I missed it if there were one).

UEM Sunrise may drop their price. They did that for some of their latest project.

His previous project like sepang gold coast, mirage by the lake and some other condos around klcc.. they dont provide bus but fetch them with bmw from klia to the site, bring them makan, stay in good hotel, close deal and send them to airport.. its a Melawat sambil Membeli kind of tour..  he give talks about msia property when he goes to china..

He is partially responsible for the recent price hike, l am just ikan bilis riding on the market.. lol..

He is also Gen Y.. early 80's.. this is how a different breed of Gen Y cause the local prop market to be so hot.. by bringing in big guns to msia prop market..lol..

In 2014, I plan to go more clubbing and kau lui. (btw i'm gen Y version 2) Yeah, who cares about property.

But I now worked/employed in property and preparing launch of the company's maiden luxury project. No DIBS nvm, (since after PSF x small size, mostly >1mil anyway) as our target market is foreigners now - with the help of Datuk Gavin.
