Ups and downs.

Good thing about renting is flexibility. Even if you lose your job the next day, you won't scratch your scalp too badly. Move out after rent a smaller unit. Bad when you still need to pay when you are 75 and laying helplessly on the bed.

Buying property is good but I don't really know why they keep upgrading. From 200k loan, keep upgrading and ballooning until close to a million.
