I'm not sure boss. Just came across a jap restaurant there n tried it out last nite. The restaurant is so jialat lousy but I'm so impressed by the tip top condition of the entire palma mk.

Wish all condo can b maintained as how palma is after so many yrs. Then chansi r there for appreciation. But sad to learn tat many condos r not in gd condition. Eg. Look at bkt oug condo. Stayed there for a while about 10yrs ago. Even back then the lighting in carpark was so badly maintained. Nvr been back there for yrs. So no comment but by looking at the external, u sweat.

At most the property market slows down and properties' floor area becomes smaller and smaller like in Singapore.

After watching the ghost town video, I can't help but thinking abt liquidating all my china-hk shares.

The No 1 problem with condo management is collection. That's their life line, their KPI. Many of the badly managed ones are poor in collection. They often blame it to the owners. But owners are the same everywhere !

Depends boss. Lowest 3% oso got. Most r 6% la in total. Can recall how many time. Just total up once a yr. Some dji bank stocks oso gd but now is not the time to buy if u r planning to keep long term.

My fear is gold diarrhea thereafter... Last year, you guys are optimistic of 2013 or not? Even me a newbie in this forum, after reading up what u guys wrote, feel quite pessimistic about next year... Was it just me? Normally I'm d optimistic type.
