They are agent from BIG HOUSE if not mistaken, they hv and under a few agencies name.

Project near Minlon serdang, inside....

If 354k for low flr, i can take two but better check for more info.

These are agents, price mark up n then give u 8% + 2%.... Received their sms.

Serdang or Seri Kembangan is good depend on location. Is this MKH world project? Saw big sign board on top of building before turning to KTM station

Place near Minlon is definitely better than Aman Height which is deep inside.

without the exact location, don't know is cheap or not.
Inside Minlon, can link to Kajang, so if further in, the price will be different.
but with package of zero down payment, it looks very interesting and yes, BBB.....

The same developer for some kuchai Lama project and also the Parklane in Jalan Puchong/ OUG.
