Ok, im a noob at blogging and everything that is related to blogs and webpage.

See i was using blogspot before. Now i want my own domain and probaly registering at bluehost.com. How do i transfer my file from blogspot to my own address? Whut if i want to use wordpress for my future blog?

I read this http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=92 but i still dont understand.

Besides importing your existing content from Blogspot to Wordpress, you can actually host your BlogSpot blog at your own domain. Just log into your BlogSpot account. Once you are at the Dashboard, click your blog name. Click the "Settings" tab then click the "Publishing" category.

The page should show "You're publishing on blogspot.com".
Switch to FTP mode by clicking on the "FTP" link.
Just enter your details then click the "Save" button.

Although this might be a bit slower and less secure, it is also easier to setup.

Ic.. Thanks man.. Last time blogger had the option to buy a domain for the blog.. i guess its not there anymore. For that feature, u need to send them a msg..


btw.. besides wordpress.. Do u suggest any other blog porgrames?
