recently i claimed back a 500gb sata hdd. and i resell at here. i sold to one forumer, unfortunately, the hdd tat claimed bac got problem

so buyer (forumer) told me. then forumer checked WD website, the hdd is no limited warranty. i was shocked.

i will responsible on this problem.

but, anyone know, y the warranty from 22/9/14 change to no limited warranty? anyone face this before?

i will call to achieva pj to verify this...

anyone can give me idea why this will happened?

you can try call to WD helpline to seek for guidance about this ...

If you still have both of the RMA receipt, just go back to Achieva to sort this out.
Remember to bring the HDD with you.

yup. finally i call them successfully. thy told me, thy forgot to update the warranty status. but he need me to send him the picture of hdd. cz he wn verify this b4 update.

yup. the rma receipt is with me.
i call achieva. but sadly, they gv me vy vy sweat.gif answer.

1st. she told me tat my hdd is out of warranty. bought on 22/9/2011, warranty until 22/9/2013

then i ask y receipt stated 2014? then she said thy type wrong, then, i ask her, bought on 2011, warranty shd b until 2014.

then i ask her, y system stated tat my hdd is no limited warranty (means tat my hdd is oem unit), but i hv claimed once b4, y now become oem? cz if over warranty, its will stated out of limited warranty. then she cannot ans me.

then she said, i donwn argue with u, gv me ur purchased proof. i help u send to WD.. thats all.. really sweat.gif la.
