Hey guys,
Before making any decision on this project, suggest you to ask about the advertising permit and developer licence(APDL). since last year till now, still open for registration? something fishy. |

The project have roughly 30% sales booked when I visit the show room around July. Particular for lower floor unit.
GS agent also doesn't wan to sell this project as it doesn't have s&p ready for buyer to sign, so no commission for agent. The MD of L&G promised to launch this after raya, but till now still no shadow. |
