so whats it like in our NOC. are they still hiring people with no UTP certs/ex staff/ not affiliated or worked with other clients,HLB /SLB/ baker?

Whats the outlook for contract staffs currently at PET? I know its a broad question asked in reference to a big institution as PTERONAS.
