Petronas have vast amount of scholars, both locals and overseas. At times they do look for local fresh graduates eg resevoir and chemical due to shortage of scholars. For u to be recruited is very tough because the interview is very rigid

Petronas have quite a number of subsidiaries, normally they will recruit through their hrm center in klcc

Consider urself a fresh gred, not only online but fresh gred will hand deliver hard copy cv not once but twice or even more, talking about chances for view u deserve more wink.gif

these are all technical posts, in reality the jobs will hunt u down, not u to hunt the job, but this is just a belief, by not sending resume to the respective, the chance for them to invite u for interview will be zero.

what i tried to illustrate here is, those technical graduates can easily secure jobs if we were to compare with other disciplines, sigh

11 year experience, majoring in what field (as for petronas they might consider all engineering disciplines) especially those with experience, as per ceiling it is p and c i guess

If i get u right, SI (structured interview), they will use a case study as to identify ur potential, the moment u pass em, means at least u have achieved managerial level

Normally scholars will be given priority, but cgpa does play a role as well, field of study (perhaps not an IT)....

Petronas scan their potential via si. there are cases that 3rd class outclassed 2nd upper degree holder. When this happened they are recruited even they are with 3rd class status..

For non scholar they go by experience, the posts are meant for senior exec to managerial level, for junior positions aka fresh level entries unless the qualification in need is very rare of which they have non or limited scholars to fill up that post non scholars might be recruited for the posts.

And there are situations to recruit non scholars for junior positions should petronas embark on a new project, here non scholar will also be benefited.

Mind to share ur qua background, it is either chemical, resevoir or geologist or for non tech it may be acc right.

3 hours of si, case study, scanning mechanism, how max can u handle the given situation, 2 is so so, 3 is nice and 4 is outstanding.

This si record is kept in ur personal for future career succession, petronas is very structured.

I refer to the level of assessment u have achieved. Dueing the si, they will assess ur drive resilience and empathy if i am nit mistaken. Some assessors share these marks and some did not.

temporary versus permanent, since u are on contract u may be recruited temporarily until the project is deem to be completed...
