When you get your result ?

Supposedly, there will be a lil diff compared to fresh's SI. but it depends on the day itself. they got old and new sets of SI. u might be informed that there will be no role play, but later u do..something like that...but just play along, chill, enjoy...



1. be yourself
2. expect role play - something like u r assigned as a staff who introduce interns. suddenly, a few other staffs complained that since the interns were in, there has been quite a few occasion of stolen belongings. so, how would u handle this? - perhaps, u should ask who lodged the complaint, called the interns and such....also, something like environmental issue - u r assigned as an hse manager - how would u handle case of claimed polluted effluent into the river...

Currently, i am still a student but i look forward to work with Petronas when i graduate. In term of qualification, pretty sure i have it. Top cgpa and relatively active in clubs and uni activities.

But, i went to the discovery Petronas website, under electrical eng. they only want those who major in Electrical Power. Lets say i major in Electronic, does that mean i dont have a shot to work with Petronas at all?

Second, does Petronas prefers graduates from Private sector rather than the government one?

I believed in engineering its not about marks, its more of a balance between results, achievement and personal skills. Since you have two of it, all the best! For fresh grads it sometimes about luck also.

What you mean by SI two months ago. TA to SI waiting time is 2 months ? or from SI to Letter Offer 2 months ?

Got your date for the SI ?

TA to SI was like a few months (3 maybe) because he went for 2 TAs under diff management (Kerteh and KLCC). he passed both but no vacancy until now which Kerteh offered.

SI was 2 months ago, i'm not sure when does he got the offer letter, but he's reporting for duty on 01.07.2014
I reckon, SI to LO was a month or so.

Not yet... but I will attend 2nd chit chat (not formal) with the big bos tomorrow before they recommend me for the SI.

Anyone has any idea how does this G1, G2, G3 and G4 works in PETRONAS? I heard from the HR that they have total 14 G...G1-G14..
