Emailed the HR but no reply. Only last Friday he replied but not that clear…

“regarding your interview result, there are some changes in direction from HM. We will share an update on this hiring once we get info on this. Apologies on this matter.”

Email, not number. Yeah i think better just going thru HR.

sorry i read wrongly. I personally think any Q&A should through HR, the HM will not gonna like it unless the HM is your close contact/relatives etc.

but if you still insist, just try maybe it might help the curiosity.

1. Is is true Petronas Digital considered and treated as 'external' company by Petronas Group? Meaning they are not getting perks/benefit like those internal subs/company.

Benefit wise I believed thats no longer the case. However other aspect I have no idea. My commencement date in couple of months so looking forward to find out

They have streamlined the benefits throughout Pet digital to be quite close to the others although not exactly the same. Regarding the bonus they just had it once or twice the same as Petronas group. Bonus iirc when they had the same as Group was 6months. No idea was for high performer or avg. Prior to that max was 2.5 for high performer.(info regarding bonus was from my friend so take it as it may)

The Benefits are as HR shared with me
- oupatient 8k per family
- inpatient 50k
- maternity 11k up to 5 deliveries (also applied to spouse)
- dental / optical 1k
- health screening (once every 2 years for below 45, annually for above)
- connectivity allowance 120 per month
- WFH allowance 3k one off

After I accepted the offer thru mycareerx, the focal HR said, the next process (medical check-up, etc) will be passed to another focal/different department HR.

Now the waiting game starts again. I dont know which HR will handle my case.

Like mine after you passed medical and submit a few agreements letter they let you know when is your commencement date so you can take action for your current company after that.
