Its one advantage of studying in Malaysia, you get easier networking with locak industry players who come to campus or when they recruit locally.

QUOTE(Mr. HH @ Sep 15 2014, 08:25 PM)
how long did you get the offer letter after the medical checkup?
*
Same day. Went to med check up in the morning, email the result to HR, evening I got the letter. I think the HR quite fast, but very busy. So have to remind them and follow up.

a lot. during my SI, the interview from GTS even asked me "if u were going to be stationed in Iraq, would u go? because we had multiple occasions before where people said they would but after accepted, decided not going to".....

In Australia tho, every yr they will hold a programme named GRADUAN - where top companies (petronas/shell/eny/pwc and such) will come for recruitment.

Hi guys, what are the differences of working as contract or permanent. What are the processes involved to hire as contract worker? Is it the same as permanent?

guys, i am very worried right now. i should submit the medical checkup result on my own. since the medical centre was asked to submit it to the hr, so i dont know the status whether it's already submitted or not.

Which area do you go? Technical or non-tech?

Contract technical will be paid higher than permanent and non-tech is otherway around.

The benefit and bonus will depends on the paymaster

And you dont have personal KPI or all HR performance BS to to present to your boss
