I assume that the TS meant that his research project (i.e. thesis) has some sections that require statistical analysis. And the funding for this project has been approved to be used in engage a third party to carry out statistical analysis, for a fee.

A bit more description of what you require for statistical analysis would be useful, since biological data comes in various forms. I have worked with qPCR data before, and have limited knowledge of statistical testing for significance.

If you're looking to analyse microarray data, I have not worked with those before. Neither have I worked with imaging or network data like transcriptomics, modelling etc.

Or if you require a simple data analysis e.g. mortality rate of how many survive, how many dead etc based on testing a new drug?
