I have see some people's casing is didn't install the side plate casing ( the 2 side steal plate ) .

So i do it like that until now, is useful for cooling your whole casing, but the problem is too many dust inside the casing then closing the side plate( all those ram, display card n other ) .

If i close back that casing side plate, the temperature will very high.

Any idea or suggestion for if i close back and the temperature low down ?

i have 4 main cooler in my casing ( didn't include cpu cooler) 1 big fan cooler at back & front , 1 fan cooler a back for exclude the display card heat ( because is install near the display card ) , 1 is at top casing, need to exclude or take outside temperature in to casing also can.

ps: i don't use water cooling. Is expensive to me.

probably ur fan full of dust, or bad cable placement
do some cable management, etc
as for me, closing the sidepanel gave beter temps than opening it
as i have 1x80mm + 1x120mm fan for intake n 1x120mm for exhaust fan

You don't really need a fast fan...
Yes, a fast fans help a lot, but, it must be very noisy...

You should just look for a high cfm fans with a low noise...

Take vantec, vantec uv led fans has high CFM with a lower noise level...

And you also have to make sure that u have a good airflow in your pc case...

Must have inlet and outlet... thumbup.gif

Vantec UV LED has low noise level? Those darn things are bloody noisy ler.

Basically, it's all in layout and cable management. If the interior's untidy...even if put tornados inside also will be hot leh.

Previously, my casing only has 1x 12cm exhaust fan and 1x12cm intake fan (which is really for the HDD rather than anything else)....these are all spinning around 1000 rpm only.....no heat problem also.

Basically the whole idea is just....
a) To look cantik
b) To get cables out of the way so nothing blocks the air coming in from the front of the casing (intake fan)....to the individual cooling fans like the cpu and vga hsf....and then out towards the back exhaust fan

If your standard IDE cables not long enough, just get the 90cm ones. They're inexpensive and should be readily available in most proper computer shops.

as long u dont fold it like folding paper, it wont

indeed i hide my cables to make my casing internals look neat
however, i manage the hidden cables too so it wont create a cable mess in the hidden area, that might beat the purpose of cable-management-for-better-airflow
user posted image

so, its not about how many fans, but its about how good the clearance for airflow wink.gif
