 Sued over torrenting in Malaysia?

Just curious if any Malaysians were ever sued over torrenting?
Especially copyrighted materials such as movies, songs, etc.

Heard that a lot in USA and UK, how about here? Malaysian law enforcement really so bad? rclxub.gif

i never heard anyone got sued before in my. In ausie my friends only get warning from their internet provider because of downloading from torrent. thats it.they keep doing it though and nothing still happen haha.

Last time got ppl post warning letter which just ask them to delete the dl files only.

Not sure when Malaysia join TPP

So far none, but similar cases have happened in other countries like US, HK, and Singapore.
