I smell nothing but flippers in this project. They are still at it. As for for the pricier units.....nahhhh...investors wont be touching those bcos they no they cant get any decent return for it. Those cheaper units are bought by uncle and auntie oso.

Basically Clio consider one of the best residential project within that zone.
