i heard this from my friend. he said tht cycling can lead to prostate cancer. immediatly after tht, i stop cycling till now.

Among the cycling club I know.. nobody's contracted any cancer (AFAIK). You don't want to sit on the saddle till you're sore though. Take breaks every now and then.
It will make the ladies oooh and aaahh over your legs and arse though. Your stamina also improves when you cycle regularly. You get rid of excess fat. More ooh and aaah. These aren't bad. What's bad is when you prevent blood circulating to your lower end. You don't want that. You've got one crown jewel and when it's gone, there goes your family tree. But so long as you don't feel sore or numb or anything, it's probably okay. When your crotch starts to hurt it's probably time to take a break. |
