What i have gathered from the past few years in the working industry, been in and out from SME to MNC, Manufacturer and Service/Solutions provider.

Blue collars have unions to look out for their welfare, but why white collars do not have any form of union and organizations that functions the same?

Whatever the reason is, i think it is high time that such unions exist, due to the practice of most employers hiring contractors, such policy is to save cost no doubt but it is also easy that employers abuse it which is very unhealthy .
