Maybe someone installed some spyware program such as PC Rental Agent. Try checking on Task Manager first and see whether there's suspicious process running. Then try scanning your entire netbook with Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit and Anti-Malware.

Have you try scanning yet? Call Acer, their customer service quite good. I think they able to help you with the problem.

Try scanning using antivirus and anti-malware first.
You probably have RAT such as Darkcomet on your computer. Refer here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remote_administration_software http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd632947.aspx |

Sounds like spyware or cyber criminals are stealing your privacy?
Better to scan your whole disk with a reputable antivirus like malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org/ or YAC antivirus from http://www.yac.mx/ |
