Hi hi. All saga include sv 1st batch and newer manual shift to reverse sure grin gear one ah?

coolkwc ady replied you, all achipokai GB is known to be more sensitb then the Getrag GB. If you hit the clutch pedal and find it hard to engage, just release and repress the clutch pedal again harder. Do ensure you're pulling your shift lever all the way to the right, before you press it down to R. It has to be at the right position than only no grind.

I got something to ask you. I'm actually have an idea to relocate the O2 sensor. I was wondering would it be a good thing to do. What I plan is to cut the O2 sensor wire then attached it with some extra wiring then solder it and heat wrap them and wrap them up in heat insulation casing. I'm planning to move the O2 sensor the the extractor downstream where the 4 runners meet.
*
Not recommended to cut wire. O2 sensor is running on EARTH, after cut ady reading sure will run face(走样) geh. As per mengsuan pointed out, it can reach the bottom, depending on your joint's. If your 4 runner is too damn long then different story. My boifren did the same, just pull down and plonk in since his extractor the O2 sensor's mounting point exactly at the bottom of the engine.

QUOTE(mengsuan @ Nov 12 2013, 02:10 PM)
Actually don't need to extend the wire. It is long enough to reach even the bottom of the engine at undercarriage.

i oso wanna ask that kinda question.. grind valve oso not under labor charge sweat.gif

where is this? official SC? ericmaxman

Grind valve always count separately geh. I used to charge RM8/valve, hand grind 2 layers. Thick sand 1st then small sand. Test leak usually free, but I use diesel. Stuff in all valves, terbalik the head, pour diesel on the combustion chamber wait for an hour or 2 just to confirm the valves are properly seated. sweat.gif

That RM10/valve, probably use grinder did the job geh whistling.gif

Not used to FLX, usually will jerk. However, ady got used to BLM, so can H&T easily but slowly(due to dbw lag). However, if ayam dribing at extreme, H&T will not fail. I felt like I can automatically adjust my timing when I'm in speeding mode.

I want to paint my face, And pretend that I am someone else, Sometimes I get so fed up, I don't even want to look at myself. But people have problems that are worse than mine, I don't want you to think I'm complaining all the time, And I hate the way you look at me I have to say, I wish I could start over... I am slowly falling apart, I wish you'd take a walk in my shoes for a start, You might think it's easy being me, You just stand still, look pretty.. Sometimes I find myself shaking, In the middle of the night, And then it hits me and I can't, Even believe this is my life. And I wish that everyone would go and shut their mouths I'm not strong enough to deal with it.

Ur meaning is if i insure 10k, accident need to repair more than 10k, means i have to take out the money?  hmm.gif

So, if you want cheap premium, please go to ETIQA. Their sum insured can be as low as RM8000 if I'm not mistaken smile.gif Good luck notworthy.gif

17k premium = 249.50 + (16*26) = RM665.50 - NCD55% = 299.48 + RM10(stamp duty) = RM309.48
10k premium = 249.50 + (9*26) = RM483.50 - NCD55% = 217.57 + RM10(stamp duty) = RM227.57

Your total saving is RM309.48 - RM227.57 = RM81.91 party.gif

driving without a roadtax don't mean dangerous driving la ok....I didn't renew my roadtax because I seldom use the car, just drive it out to keep the engine running 2 to 3 times a week some more insurance don't want to put my car as full coverage alread,y only can 3rd party so for what I go renew....

I don't like to follow people, I be the leader...I'm just implying that I'm not the only one like this so no need to be so surprised.....if really need to worry then better worry about those buses and lorries....

Although my car don't have roadtax, but the car is well kept....no oil leak, no rattling sound, paints still glosy, clean engine bay..etc...so what's there to worry...

No hard feeling....

Which insurance company? 1st party or 3rd party
*
3rd party where got sum insured sleep.gif And nowadays, 3rd party had to do at post office MMIP/Uniasia. Otherwise you kenot get ady sleep.gif Allianz still taking, but 3rd party fire & theft(almost same price as comprehensive insurance but only difference is didn't cover own damage). However, you need to make sure whether your car gone through puspakom inspection after engine swap. If UNABLE to prove the engine swap is legal, then no point jor. Regardless you got roadtax/insurance, if you crash your car(be it salah or kena bang) you're going to end up with lots of legal trouble(which money can solve). So, tomorrow morning I'm gonna give you a call to confirm your current situation.

Other than that, if your car already more than 1 year no roadtax, you'll still have to go for B5 inspection at Puspakom, for RM35. Now imagine, with a car has a different engine number, more than 1 year no roadtax, I wonder how anyone able to make your car road legal?

It's not that impossible, anything money can solve is not a problem. It will be slight hassle, provided if you wanted to make your car road legal. I've been in the industry long enough to see how people die in road accident by facepalming themself.

And, I worry my own safety and insurance claim. If you don't have insurance, you're endangering other road user's benefit. I'm not questioning your driving skill. Accidents means accidents, it happens as and when 1 are not aware. You just don't let yourself believe it will happen to you(until it happen). By law, each insurance policy atleast covers 3rd party interest, hence government enforced 1 roadtax per motor insurance policy for each road vehicle. If you have no idea how 3rd party works, here's a brief explanation.

1) You were at fault, hit my car from my back. Your insurance company pay my repair cost, but you repair your own car.
2) You were at fault, hit my car from my back and claimed my leg, I have became permanent disability. I sue you for dangerous driving causes me losses my working capability. I want you to pay my potential income from now until 70 years old(include 3.5% inflation every year). Say my current gaji is only RM5000, by the time I'm 70 years old, by right I should have collected RM20 million in salary + inflation. Your insurance company will send a lawyer on your behalf and defend. Usually it only involved up to the CAR's insurance, payout is little if you have an insurance company to defend you. However, if you don't have insurance + legal roadtax, I wonder how many GTR you gonna sell to pay your ass off from jail.
3) You were at fault, hit my car from my back. You ran away, I report police. Police give you saman, I send my car to my own workshop to repair. The workshop will claim back from YOUR insurance company, I keep my NCD.
4) Head on collision with me, if both of us not dead, I shall claim my own insurance, you shall repair your own car.
5) I'm at fault, hit you from behind. I claim my insurance, you claim my insurance. You keep your NCD, I lose my NCD. Everybody happily ever after.
6) I'm at fault, hit you from behind and claimed your legs. You sue me for dangerous driving, both your loya and my loya will sit down and talk out the legal proceedings and pay out.

If you renewed with Allianz 3rd party + fire & theft sum insured RM10000. 1 day you decided the 206 is too crappy to maintain anymore, u took out all the valuable stuff from the car, push it to roadside(make sure you take out the keys). Then you remove the plastic cover on the battery poles, start to jump on top of the bonnet, right on top of battery head. Make sure the +ve pole short circuit with your bonnet, then you walk away go police station report your car being stolen. Probably within few hours you hear someone shouting a 206 caught on fire. Pretty soon
you'll be getting your downpayment for another car liao sleep.gif

So, please don't drive it out if you don't have insurance & roadtax.
