Means u r older than me hehe! Cancel off once finish paying hehe!
Makes me wanna get the ETC for my car then.
Go for other showroom la then. Maybe too many ppl. Uh proton. U aiming for Inspira is it?
*
how you know i'm older? i damn young ok - mainly because i started work quite early, and after pmr (about age 16?) i went to college already.
finish paying will continue use la, i online order a lot, need credit card tongue.gif (that's my only card btw lol)

i prefer to have it remap la... since most, if not all ETC are rather "scammish", too damn expensive for what it does lol.

and nah, not really a show room thing, it's pretty much proton being a b****. and yes i'm aiming for inspira manual lol

km/months depends on you. once u feel the bite isn't strong, then its time to change/service
recommended pads depends on your driving style. no point I recommend ebc green stuff of u don't drive fast whistling.gif
*
very low dust, very quiet, and very good pad/braking feel.

i drive slow car also ma, also using EBC green.
Also, good pads will bite even until near metal backplate. what's reduce is fade resistance as there is very little material left to withstand/dissipate heat.

some crazies wear it until totally gone from backplate sweat.gif

can consider using wet sanding with high grit sand paper (2000-3000) then work on compounding with foam > polishers.

most car products will do. if got machine even easier (i happen to just have one and that's the main reason for my card to go bust weeks ago sweat.gif ) as it's faster, better results.

much better than ori proton pads? idk if you all have this prob, but most saga owners i know got sound when braking.. especially when just start engine. ive read previously in the thread here that some also facing brake probs and send to sc but cant solve. will this pads elliminate the screecy sound? are u facing this prob or is all nice and quiet?
*
actually proton pads also damn vague. inspira pads (also proton ma) are from akebono as per mitsubishi specifications. they are even more expensive than EBC green ROFL!

for sound, you really need to check the rotors as well. may not be the pads.
i don't drive saga, its the older ancestor iswara. no much sound upon braking, ironically intermittently do have sound when i'm NOT braking because mine having really old stock (until the entire backing plate is covered by rust) since pentagon (ebc distro msia) no longer have new stock for iswara and the old stock got huge discount (considering its shitty condition) so i just accept only.

recently though surprisingly theres no sound, or maybe there still is and my body just adapted, who knows. generally im on my ICE anyways so i'm generally deaf from outside sound sweat.gif
but yea, when i'm braking, no matter hard brake be it touge or track driving, the pads are generally very quiet compared to anything i've tried before smile.gif

saga brake not strong due to pads?, cant scare my fren using jam brake doh.gif , they laugh lol

could be a combination of pads/caliper/master pump.

do remember it is an economy a to b car, not a kete sukan ya smile.gif

Seriously, my brake pad still have around 50% thickness after 4 years @ 106k, just that during morning will have screeching sound when brake, but just 1st to 2nd brake, once the brake warm up, no sound anymore.
*
probably due to the rusts on the rotors, after some shaving off, no more sound nod.gif

and yea it really depends on how one drives and the pad compound.
for me rapid bald 9 months habis. i think maybe 2 track days and touge, that's it.

EBC green already almost a year. got maybe 60-70% left, no signs of rotor wears unlike rapidbald so it's not that the pad is hard either. and considering the pad feel and that it is quiet, it couldn't be hard at all tongue.gif

funny, EBC had more touge runs, more track days including Sepang, and yet it wears less laugh.gif

if it's over 20-30%, i wouldn't bother changing especially for normal driving. track/touge maybe need to change earlier since easier to fade with less pad material... then again some crazies just wear it to the metal backplate anyways even when they do dangerous sukan with their car doh.gif
