This month credit card statement just released, after rebate i have to pay the bank rm110 in interests. I thought: "that's it? that's how much i need to pay for blowing my card's limit?! (over 10k limit btw)" It's no wonder why/how people get into credit card debts they can never climb out of, the repercussion is just so minor that you won't notice/realize until it's too late |

QUOTE(dares @ Nov 23 2013, 09:21 AM) i thought the same myself.but rm700? stp gold on 2 doors also cheaper than that. can buy 3times OCI torco SR-1 and you can go between 12-14k km oci with no performance degradation. (16k km tarak torco feel liao, and that's how far i pushed it) yeah disciplining the right foot seems like a better idea |

QUOTE(zeone @ Nov 23 2013, 11:42 AM) there's other ways to go by throttle controllers la... one would be remapping it permanently. the only problem is that you can't have it going "eco" mode on the fly, it'll generally be "fuel wasting" mode unless you train your right foot harder lol(eg: map 5% input to provide 10% output to the throttle body) it does "work" and i kinda like the difference to an advanced throttle car as opposed to a standard one. (referring to 2 inspiras i've test driven |

QUOTE(TitanRev @ Nov 23 2013, 11:45 AM) Wah....how you use CC oh....I have 3 CC including my wife one we also don't get over 2K a month...and CC better don't pay late.....the interest is sibeh expensive....for me if bill stated 254...I pay 260 or 300...I pay more so next month bill will be less....for my utility bill I always pay more one...few RM more la... poor man use cc ma like that lo. debts all over the place and yeah never pay late, hence i never suffered from extra charges/interests. this is my first time ever swiping to limit after using cc for over 6-7 years... and yeah, no pain also. pay like rm100 for having such an insane spending power (yes, i know it's not real, and i still have to pay it back eventually) that you'll never have normally.. that's how poor people get poorer (and the rich -> richer ) lo no extra money also can't pay more la. the car loan (sentra) however is being paid a bit extra la, so over 7 years i think 1-2 month or something no need to pay... just 3-4 more payments IINM and it's done. |

QUOTE(TitanRev @ Nov 23 2013, 11:46 AM) YEAP! and i think the remapped + advanced throttle car is done properly, hence i love the feel SO DAMN MUCH with virtually no throttle lag compared to the stock car (where it lags so much that i was not used to and stalled the car many times initially rofl)of course, i could be biased because the other car test drive was at genting, can't really test top speed/acceleration, while the other is on ldp highway... the god that 1.8 mivec roar with that firm gear throws... |

QUOTE(TitanRev @ Nov 23 2013, 11:51 AM) I also have CC mah....but for my housing loan I also pay more....now I've recalculated and I can settle my house loan 4 years earlier if continue to pay at such sum then the repayment period will get shorter and shorter....save on interest... housing loan ok, car (and credit card lol) loans no point to really settle fast (aside from being debt free la obviously) because for car loan, interest rate fixed, and credit card loans, you can really play around with it (learn from my mother la who's also knee deep in credit card debts. well, single mom of 3 children, it's pretty tough la) and last resort, balance transfer especially those x month/year 0% interest promotions if you clear those balance transfer during the 0% interest, you literally don't pay anything aside the time and effort to perform it (and managing so many accounts/debts/cards etc) |

QUOTE(dares @ Nov 23 2013, 12:01 PM) Last nite TT I drove the MT Kelisa, never gets boring davidke20 titanrev The Kelisa's hydraulic power steering makes a squealing noise when the steering is spinned until lock, happens when lock on both sides, whats the reason eh? hmm my iswara/sentra and even the kancil also has minor sound when you lock the steering while the car is on stand still without acceleration. 14/7/18+ year old cars respectively lol. applying some throttle to keep the rpm higher reduces the sound, probably the pump/motor tries to turn the wheels more however it couldn't as already dead end? deteriorated PS fluid (or atf if you will) make things more noticeable/worse, in addition to aged PS system/oil pumps that is probably filled with gunk/varnish/possible sludge etc. |

QUOTE(dares @ Nov 23 2013, 12:48 PM) Hmmm I wonder if the PS fluid has been changed in it's 9 years of existence. Mileage quite low, though, less than 100k km. if unsure, terus tukar lo. can use cheap PS/dextron 3 fluids, rm10-20 fluid, rm 10-20 labor, total also +/- 20-40You can do welding at home?? almost all fluids also same ma, mileage or duration, whichever first. as the fluid themselves even when not worked on, will deteriorate over time. |

QUOTE(ayanami_tard @ Nov 24 2013, 01:25 AM) 4,5 years ago maybe, but now every gomen agencies are conscious on their images as much as their performance you're naive bro. if the police put a bullet in your head, and then put weapons in your car, report self defense shoot-to-kill; who's gonna be your witness when you're dead?if you get the name, the patrol car, the time the cop did that, then you have case to complain. especially if you got balls to record the damn thing. bet the dude who stop you are low-ranked policeman sometimes, a bit of street smart is required when dealing with our corrupted cops. |

QUOTE(davidke20 @ Nov 24 2013, 07:45 AM) No matter how big your ball is, GaGa topspeed 200kph no doubt, and can't be reached with that straight road on SIC still better than my iswara la, 3rd gear, 7k rpm... 130-150km/h and need to hard slow on the first corner after the straight and get bullied by just about every car on the straights. can only have a fighting chance during corners with bigger balls and expensive tires |
