this is one of the hidden gem condo...reasonable selling price with good rental yield...very well maintain, downside is leasehold...if dun mind, buy for own stay is not bad

I think it is abit over price. But if you like to find one in the area. You can try to compare it with Winner Court B.

Good accessibility to kl, nice swimming pool, only downside parking not enough.

what's the population of the community who stays there?

I'm a resident @ Amadesa. Stayed here overs 6 years already, and my sister's family also move-in 2 year ago.

Agreed on the post that said it is a "hidden gem"
- Reasonable price (around 350psf)
- management & security is quite ok
- facility is well maintain
- good location (5/6 km from KLCC, close distance to MidValley/PJ,
surrounded by Highway)
- Near-by LRT & Kommuter

Cons.
- Car park issues
- Basically u need to have own transport
- Property value doesn't appreciate much over the last few year (comparing to other areas of KV)
- Attracted too many foreign tenant recently
