anyone encounter this before? will a restore solve this problem? suddenly notice there is quite some dust inside the lens thou...any solutions?

Hi guys...i got this problem since yesterday...there is few lines in the back camera (some red hairline)
anyone encounter this before? will a restore solve this problem? suddenly notice there is quite some dust inside the lens thou...any solutions?
