wah lau...Canon so fast stop producing S3 already...maybe S4 is comming real soon..

FZ7 -> light weight, and much more compact...suitable for easy carry

FZ30/50 -> much better handling, got hot shoe, mechanical manual zoom and focus but abit bulky but for me is ok...

is depand on what u wan....if u wan light and easy and P&S go for FZ7 or if u wan better handling and wan play around with the cam go for FZ50. but if u willing to invest in lens...nikon D40 is cheap.

no need F8 la..used F3.6 and meter at infinity than ok already....
but becarefull for the long shutter speed... must find a way to stable the cam

for moon, need to use faster speed

ya...if u need to used to used faster shutter speed and dun wan increase ur ISO than the only thing is used a bigger aperture so..just used F3.6 instead of F8 lor..

hehe...time for u to get a tele converter... buy buy buy...

i usually use biggest 2.8 one

oh... ur FZ20 zoom till max 420mm still can F2.8? last time i got hear that old FZ model can used constant F2.8... izzit true?

yes, for FZ10/FZ20 its constant F2.8 for all focal length...

thats y i said the best of the best i really felt myself like an killer with sniper by spot metering

oic...no wonder got ppl complain for FZ30 and FZ50 dun have F2.8 at tele end.

usually i never turn iso more than 200 for ANY DIGITAL CAM

used neat image to reduce the noise lor... than u can go to ISO800.

if u dun do large print, u wont see any different there..

heheh..i oso dunno ohh...heard tat S3 having very bad noise during high iso then usual ohh....mayb they implementing new S4 to solve this question??? who knows ? and lets us wait n see~ hehehe

how much do u pay for the battery ?

u bought 3rd party one or original one?
yaya, FZ7 is using venus II engine
so will eat battery than venus III engine
but my opinion even venus III also nothings diffirent
prosumer will more eat battery than DSLR one
my D80 wanna use battery till finish really abit hard, haha

rm70 for 3rd party one.....but this battery drain lagi fast then the ori panasonic battery...gosshhhh~

haha....cannot compare to DSLR la.... prosumer only 700mAH and DSLR around 1200mAH. sure DSLR battery can tahan la... u dun have VR lens...if u have VR than ur battery not the same anymore.... no VR can shoot around 1000 pic but with VR only shoot 400+ only...so much different ler...dunno la..my fren told me 1... coz being poison by battery grip...

wahahaha...pai seh...no bigini gal around my site lehh....juz snap those 'star' on stage nia..but hor..1st time shoting staging background..the projector backgroup behind make my snaping alot more difficult...somemore 12x/14.7x zoom without tripod...most of the pic blur like hell.... (sorry my hand kenot stop shaking)

haha...stage perfromance is abit hard to shoot if u dun hv media pass..shooting in the crowd is very hard...and the WB easily out oso...
