nop,i not using tripod. actually i sitting on a car 1. for 2nd pic,the car is moving on a roundabout so i just do a quick snap and i dun hv time to do any setting as well.

for the 1st pic,the car is stop at the traffic light for a while,so i just manage to do some setting and the pic is more focus if compare to the 2nd pic.

thx for the info,i'll try to do some star effect next....

i cant remember the details, but u hv to adjust the focus range of ur cam 1st b4 u shoot the fire work. another tips i read last time was using the burst mode to capture the firework.

huh??? ISO1600 in auto? if i not wrong,auto mode only can go ISO400.
if wanna go up to ISO1600, u hv to select the high sensitivity mode under the scene mode than only u can choose between ISO800 and iso1600. correct me if i'm wrong.

fz7 do hv manual focus...just press the MF/AF button just next to the IS button.
than u can used the joystick to focus it.

erm...add 1 more thing. the flash can brighten the background and the object infront 1. u hv to used the slow sync "S" in the flash mode. when u pressed the shuttle,u can c the flash will flash 1st time. after the shuttle is open, the flash will flash 2nd time. so the 1st time flash is used to brighten the background and the 2nd flash is to brighten the front object. But the flash only can travel a certain range only. so,if wanna shot on firework...i dun thing the flash can travel that far lo.

i forgot the normal flash can travel how fat already,mayb just afew meter only. that's y the speedlite for DSLR so expensive...haha........

siokea: do u try on high sensitivity mode b4? i just know the ISO400 u can easily notice noise only.
since the iso1600 hv to used different mode,so i think the noice reduction sure will filter of the noise kau kau...i think wont be that bad kua. i dun think i will show only noise in the pic kua. if really like that, pana hv to close down liao lo.

terbalik? while u take vedio,ur cam position is vertical or horizontal?
i think the cam hv a function to auto rotate that video, or u try to rotate the video urself. i nvm try b4...next time hv to try oso.

wanna ask...our FZ7 come with a lens adapter right. is a 55mm adapter or a 52mm adapter?

yup..i oso never used so high iso b4....hehe...if compare to DSLR in iso1600....fz7 really cannot beat it. die lo...kena poison already..haha..

what i hate abt FZ7 is it dun hv machanical zoom ring...sometime is hard to focus using the joystick...

yes,confirm auto mode wont go to ISO800 above. u only can use ISO800 above in high sensitivity mode. u can check ur manual book with that.

my father borrow liao. so today cannot shoot the firework. yo,kevin ur house can c firework...u shoot kau kau...and let me c,ok.

accs_centre: ya..sure u can adjust the flash power. there r 4 direction button surrounding the manu button 1. press the "up" button afew times until u can see the flash output setting on the LCD. the button got the "+/-" printing on it.

oh...sorry,u r H5 user...but nvm...just for info only for those dunno FZ7 got this function.
