The Armaggeddon name is rather new in the PC / Tech accessory industry but they're surely gaining ground with their range of gamer-focused products, the Stealth Raptor MKA-7 Mechanical Keyboard is one of them.

The Stealth Raptor MKA-7 Mechanical Keyboard is available in Red, Blue, Black and Brown Cherry MX Mechanical Switches that is rated up to 50 million operations.

This mechanical keyboard also comes with 6 fully Macro-Able keys, with adjustable keys effective time in 7 speed transmission from 1ms ~ 16ms and response time. It also comes with additional keycaps for WASD and arrow keys (video later)

The keyboard also allwos you to control backlight effects on keyboard button and audio volume via this panel on the upper right, thought I must say I'm rather disappointed at the quality of the buttons and dials, considering the price of the keyboard.

And last of all, the keyboard comes with a stand to give a tilt for additional comfort.

Other features include deactivation of Windows key, 1.8 meters multiflex cord wrapped with ultra-durable cable jacket, 1 Megabyte Built-in onboard memory for storing multiple profiles and macros.

There's an official product page but they don't provide information like dimensions and weight of the keyboard. sad.gif It's not even on the box nor the manual.

Anyway, here's a quick demo of the product itself.

What I missed in the video are other stuff like microphone input and USB port on the keyboard. Setting key effective times and polling rate is a matter of pressing the Function key (Fn) with the F1 to F4 buttons. Fn key with F5 to F12 are dedicated for media player functions.

The Verdict
The Armaggeddon Stealth Raptor MKA-7 Mechanical Keyboard retails at RM 439 and it comes 2-Years Limited Warranty. It's not cheap, the build quality is good but the volume / backlight control buttons and dial was a letdown.

While I think the product is good, I also find that it's going to be quite tough to go against the competition at the price range. Customizable keys and macros aren't uncommon for a keyboard of this price range so I think the selling point of this keyboard lies in the audio pass through (convenient audio control) and LED color.
