Halo Guys..... I would like to ask Some advices for me to do this thing....

one of the forumers has ever said to me that removing ISF is going to be better in overclocking my opty 144...

but i really do not know what exactly ISF is....how it looks like and how to remove IT as well....

I tried to google for searching some info...but then I didnt find any of information...

so can U guys help me out in searching the link and tell me how good it is If ISF was removed on that....thanks..really appreciate ur feddback..
