okay dont get all mad and jumpy...but I hate marshall very muddy amps...
they sound too muddy to me...prefer fender amps.. but yeah I dont have a multi effects yet so I'm just browsing my options...but kind of in a budget and chances to find such a padel as a 2nd hand is zero I guess.. |

QUOTE(sean392 @ Oct 24 2006, 09:52 PM) honestly speaking thats what i felt bout the body yes it's super muddy if you go to bently and try the jackson there...I bought the same model and color for my brother..its kinda light n thin =/ n call me spoiled or whatever i dun like the bolt on neck well its up to him anyway tested it thru a mg50 [muddy i tell ya] it's a very nice starting guitar..but if you are you a player already i suggest you save up a little and get a better guitar or look for a nice 2nd hand deal.... but for starters it's a great guitar..it sounds good when it's distorted..didn't like the clean much... |

QUOTE(led_zep_freak @ Oct 27 2006, 12:54 PM) For those of you who are staying in Australia & New Zealand : http://www.brain-damage.co.uk/old/news/0610211.html Roger Waters will be playing a few dates in Aussie and one in Auckland. Check him out if you love Pink Floyd and don't forget about his new sideman, the amazing Dave Kilminster. |

yeah true..PULSE was only a bunch of lazers and smokes with a killing comfortably numb solo...but the reuinion captured truly the Pink Floyd spirit...what was a really bunch of crap was The Wall concert by Waters...it was a complete mess..the idea was nice but not the music..

QUOTE(led_zep_freak @ Oct 27 2006, 04:59 PM) For me : you mean you haven't seen Live in Pompie where they did the Meddle album alone in a colosseum ?Live 8 Reunion > David Gilmour In Concert > PULSE > Roger Waters - In The Flesh > The Wall Live in Berlin Not so much a fan of the early Floyd, although Syd Barrett's very talented. |

QUOTE(blacktrix @ Oct 31 2006, 11:17 AM) Your pickup switch cavity might have a bit of dust in it. well it's a 26 year old telecaster..I dont know when it was it last serviced...any idea how much bently would charge for rejuvenating a guitar ? as in polish, change strings, annotation and such..What I do to clear out the dust is quickly switch (use some Force) up and down, up and down..... Remember...... works with 5 way switches like found on the Strat.... My Les Paul's switch are totally different. |
