anybody knows how?
or is it cheaper here?
can't seem to find it in nz..
and i heard that it is classified as an exotic pet in australia..
weird..considering it originated from there.

so..what's the procedure?
i have to get it quarantined first or something right?

my room is so boring..i need a playful pet..
pssst..a cat is too big for my small room..i might get kicked out of my hostel if they found out abt the pet..

sugar glider doesnt make much noise right?
and for the food..
we always get fresh fruits with our meals..
well..of course..the calcium supplement will be thought of later..

what i really wana know now is...how do u take your pet abroad?

is it expensive? too much hassle?

so..gerbil is more recommended to be kept as a pet in a hostel?
i want an active and affectionate pet..
my room is too dead..
and something that doesnt stink too...
easier to care after at the minimal cost..
suggestions?

So far i think the most suitable pet is gerbil, just like what crazymouse has mentioned. Hamsters will be smelly if you don't clean their cage often. SG needs a lot of space and attention thus it's not that suitable. Tarantula and scorpion are out of your list since you need something to play with.

tarantula??
scorpion?
wooo...
not yet...
i do fancy python though...used to volunteer at the national zoo..and they let me handle the big python..heheh

maybe i'll go search for a gerbill...
mouse...i'll hv to think abt it..
i dont want any smells...
these mat salleh will be curious lor if they smell something from my room...

actually...i love cats..but they're quite loud and cant stay put..

besides..my room is extremely small..
