Item being sold/bought: 10 Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Business, 5 Windows 7 Home Premium, 1 Windows 7 Professional and 1 Microsoft Office 2013 Professional.

Date of transaction: 26th September 2013 RM1000 via Maybank, 2nd Oct 2013 paid RM1775 via Maybank RM150 face to face, 6th Oct 2013 paid RM825, 14th Oct 2013 paid RM140, 16th Oct 2013 paid RM2000.. Total RM5890

Details of the complaint : Contacted him thru phone ask whether got stock for 25 units of ms office 2013 h&b on 26th September, he told me got around 5 pieces, so without hesitating I paid him Rm1000 which is 50%. Told me got another 4 units then i agreed to get it as well. He told me will deliver on 30th sep. I was ok with it. He keep on saying he is busy and no time to deliver.
2 Oct, he told me he would come and meet me and send me one item which is windows 7 professional, so we met at pavilion wong kok. he told me the other stock has been posted out. he offered another 1 unit and 5 windows 7 home premium, 1 windows 7 professional and 1 ms office 2013 professional.. so I paid him again.
4 Oct, ask him about the delivery he then told me that his staff didnt post it out.. ask me to wait
6 Oct, he ask me to pay him the rest of the money first because he really needed the money to buy other stock... so i paid him.
7 Oct - 14 Oct, everyday i been chasing him, he keep on telling me he dont have time and ask me to wait again..
16 Oct, he ask me to pay the rest to him as he need more money, this time im not going to pay him but he said he would give me his IC, stupid enough of me to believe him so i paid to him another time.
17 Oct - 29 Oct, he give me all the cock stories saying that he already sent the item and stuff like that...
29th Oct, i ask him to refund he agreed, but i never see the money coming in, keep asking me to wait. He then refunded to me RM100 as a courtesy of not lying to me.
He then told me I would get my money on Wednesday 6th November. I told him if i dont have it, I would raise this issue in LYN and to the police.

Im so F**king pissed and mad with this guy, dear LYM member please beware of this person.

I will be going to the police today. Hopefully they can help.
