Windows media player is good.
To adjust visuals, juz go to options or preference. |

but i watch vcd why seems blur.. and original vcd also like pirated.. is there any option to fix it clearer??

Intervideo WinDVD does me just good, definitely more options to adjust if you're into DVD watching. And the interface is intuitive also though it is not really nice.
