*Rockman is not related to the Mega Man, the Japanese video game character from Capcom introduced in the 80s.
Here's the Rock Master, photographed in a much darker scene so you could see the blue LED lights under the fan control knobs.

Here's antoher view of the Rockmaster, all you need is to connect the power source to the panel and it is able to distribute the power to the fans that are connected.

The product comes with various cables as well, such as USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connection cables and 4 pieces of 3-pin fan extender cables. Don't worry, they'll work fine with fans with 4-pin connector.
More details at the official product page.
Any downside to this device? The ports are not covered, that's one thing. Another thing is the front bezel element seems quite easily damaged. I chipped it a bit during installation as my casing's metal mesh scraped it a little.
Here's a video of how the Rock Master helps in reducing noise from your computer.
The Verdict
The product retails at around RM 180 and seems to be a little bit difficult to acquire but if you're able to get your hands on one, it's great stuff because it works more than being just a fan controller.

I also used the Rock Master V3.0 on the N200 setup seen below.
