LOL! My Macbook Air had the same fate (and I ordered it a while after the Malaysia launch on Apple Store). I got a snail mail addressed to me. And the contents were a joke. A pathetic SIRIM sticker! Ha! Apple knows the way to do business in our lousy country I'll give you that. And just like you, I think I lost the damned sticker lol.

Just went through the reviews of gsmarena and found out about the poor battery life. Actually I think gsmarena is just trying to make it look worse? Somehow, at 50% brightness, Nexus 5 has about 300 nit and LG G2 only has half of it. You can see the difference in brightness in this video as well: http://youtu.be/qJNSBO29J_c

Don't trust gsmarena. I just realise they use 50% for each phone and not locking the phone to a certain brightness. And earlier today I saw a video comparison of Nexus 5 and the LG G2. The Nexus 5 at about 30% brightness is already brighter than the LG G2 at 50% brightness.

Then again, I do not know who to trust now at all lol.

No news or speculations of when this lovely phone will be out? I remember if anything, the Galaxy Nexus kinda came out during or after Chinese New Year by Samsung back in 2012. When the did the N4 launch ? If Malaysia N5 also launch about same time as when Malaysia N4 launch, guess we have a rough estimate lor when its out.

galaxy nexus came out at 13th Jan back in 2012  smile.gif .. nexus 4 was released in january too, so it's safe to assume nexus 5 will come in january  biggrin.gif

Yeap thanks smile.gif I was wanting a reponse like this. I kinda forgot when the Galaxy Nexus launched in Malaysia though haha. I barely recall it was late Jan-Feb and CNY is usually around then. Guess I was wrong. But I'm happy to be wrong. Lets all hope the N5 is released by LG by mid-late January smile.gif rclxms.gif

Hey guys I was wondering for uk play store if it says will leave warehouse 2-3 weeks will there be possibility it will take more than that?

My cousin is coming back on the 14th but if it's exactly 3 weeks it will leave the warehouse on the 11th and I'm wondering if it will reach to him before the 14th dec...

I have a friend that is in the UK which bought his N5. Google said ships (leave warehouse?) on Oct 22. He got the phone in his hands on the 26th. So yea.

I wonder if you guys notice. N5 seems to have a weaker WiFi reception, I'm getting weaker WiFi signal strength compare to all my other devices. Is this software or hardware limitation?
*
Google AOSP based ROMs always report less bars than a typical iPhone or Touchwiz or any other UI skin. Compare wifi signal by going with the raw signal strength that apps expose from Play Store.

Such as this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...id.telnet&hl=en

A few friends of mine complained to me once they installed a custom AOSP or CM ROM, their wifi signal bars went down, but actual WiFi performance was the same.

LG G2 rm1699 32gb ap set
Interm of hardware, g2 wins..if compare to to software n5 win big hand. Unless i can have frens to help me bring n5 from oversea then i might interest to get n5. Ap set price for n5 is kinda let down.

If you like bright screens, the N5 wins also in brightness department.
