Hi guys, im getting my nexus 5 today but how can i check if it is db21 or db20 cause im getting db21 but the seller msg reply seems to be the automated one. So i would drop by and have a look and if it is db21 will get it directly.

iinm,

nexus 4 8gb was 299USD and malaysia was 1650 retail price.
nexus 4 16gb was 349USD and malaysia was 1850 retail price.

u can expect same price range and us seller is actually selling slightly lower than retail price smile.gif

Mind telling me why you guys choose Nexus 5 over LG G2?
Both manufactured by LG and G2 has better camera with all the unnecessary bloat wares which can be corrected with Custom Rom.
Otherwise specs are similar
Asking because I need to make an educated choice

lol.  so easy.. because its Nexus.
fastest device to get updated android and its a development phone, which u can get any kind of tweak, custom rom etc, plus its cheaper price. the resale value also quite good

Noted with thanks

The price is crazy, USD 350 x3.2 = RM 1152(RM 1599).
These sellers... FACEPALM!
How about self-import?  smile.gif
*
Theres also state tax and shipping cost

But a fair price should be about RM1400

I bought mine from Australia @ $AUD419 ($399 + $19.95 shipping) = RM1283 at time of purchase.

EDIT: Ah, I just discovered my iPad charger dock's output is 2.5A maybe I should try charging the N5 with it next time  brows.gif

Later overheat LOL unsure.gif

What sets do you all buy for your Nexus? Aus, HK, US or Intl.

I'm afraid of the warranty part. One guy offer me HK set with 2 years AP warranty, should I bite the bullet?

Go for it if the price is right

if you want to archive 10 hours SOT or great battery life this: Post #126, try ElementalX kernel. + you get sweep to wake, knock to wake, sweep to sleep, slightly cooler screen tone (in case you felt stock bit yellowish or warm), many more...

if you want up to date ROM, 4.4.2, can try Cataclysm, unique goodies is Smart Radio.
*
I am using ElementalX for my HTC One
What are your settings for ElementalX on N5?
Will try Cataclysm later
