Yeah i try my best to get within 2 weeks.
Mostly takes around 9-10 days only

But now me and my contact sorting out some issue at Google's end.
They thought my contact is a fraud for buying too many units.
Some units are on hold at their end.
Stupid Google ! Now only this issue wants to raise.

It's possible MTP not enabled.
Setting>Storage
Click top right, click USB media connection
tick MTP(enable) then uninstall the unknown driver in Device Manager
unplug and replug nexus 5 should install the driver automatically.
