Wah,u guys a bit late.but I try to conclude what I know bah.
1) my carpark at b3,so I think b2-3 for residents and public is b1 bah,so need access card to go b2-3,just y guess.
2) sign at developer office but ask the lawyer to be there to sign Loan agreement together Lo.
3) maintainance fee still not decided yet,0.25-0.30 max including sinking fund.
4) the freebies of Aircond and kitchen cabinet not stated inside spa,and no shower screen as told by SA.
5) malls and cinema are all just at planning stage,unconfirmed.but the drawings show that cinema might be near block h
6) price confirmed increase for those drop out units and such and they were quite strict on transfer,maybe except for insiders that I dunno la.

Anything else I miss?

Fees bear by developer,I only paid around 2k plus for stamp duty for that....but I guess it's based on loan amount?

Yes,but it's just brief elevation and plan drawings.nothing in detail yet. We'll hit jackpot if it converts to a mall and with cinema.....

The reason behind my question is to how to fit a mall within the limited space.

If the mall is located at 2nd to 4th floors BlkJ&H, would that area be large enough for a mall?
Or, they convert some of the shoplot to a mall?

The drawing may hint...

It's still not really a mall.imagine Scott garden or more sunway Giza....I think it's just the difference of adding a cover over the retail lots....

pepper bro, u sure u gonna sign loan agreement and spa together on sun? good for you, my lawyer lazy and say not working on weekends, suppose to sign last sat.... but i dont want run 2 rounds so change to week days sign together lo.... i initialed on every page of loan agreement and spa and whatsoever related documents, must be easily 500 signatures ady....lol, hand tired.....
