For those interested to have a brief understand about features of properties pertaining the following,
1) FH vs LH,
2) master title vs individual title vs strata,
3) MoT vs DoA,
4) maximum LTV for each type of usage.

Per the DMC, the Soho is under residential title.
Other taikor can advise the available unit or price.

If they sell at 700-800psf, this shows EKC "under value" and deserved for a rise.

You City does have its reason for a rise.
The only thing is why EKC so slow-leh...
