Main reason why i m not so keen on D'sara & SQWhere is bcoz besides being leasehold, there r still lots of land bank available in sg buloh for development of terrace houses. So given a choice people would prefer to stay in landed property or invest in one rather than a leasehold apartment.

Now i am looking at the freehold terrace houses near the upcoming mrt station in kajang. Nearest is kajang2. Gated, guarded, beside upcoming chinese school & upcoming ktm station. The ktm will connect 2 jln reko mrt station which is just 1 stop away.

I bought an intermediate terrace house at kajang2..

Low floor units will b given carpark bays which r d most unfavorable ie furthest away fr d lift..long walk to d car 4 d tenant or d owner.

Me neutral on d balcony. No balcony got more liveable space which is impt as the bottom floor of the duplex is quite small ie 400sq ft n the balcony will eat into the already small space of d living hall but setback is without balcony thr is no space to hang out ur washed underwears. To overcome this hv to buy drier.

Unfortunately tenants staying in apartment with balcony will hang their clothes in the balcony although its against the rules. I dont support this but it happens all the time.
