Just wondering any other advantages of this unit aside low entry price? Basically, this unit will not have interesting view, potential exposure to noise and heat due to low floor? You all comment would be enlightening...

Fair enough due to lower entry point. Since the topic is on parking, the funniest part about the car park design is actually tandem design for premium units. Quite inconvenience and impractical.

Hopefully they can consider changing it but very unlikely since SPA is signed

One more salt to the SOHO under HDA debate, utility will be under residential rate.

How about assessment rate from DBKL whether based on residential or commercial since the land is commercial title hmm.gif
