Went to sign SPA and loan agreement this morning..Wow!! lots of people signing today, the loan lawyer told me that there are 10 appointment for this project for today!
People are rushing for signing and also notice that quite a number of people walk in for enquiry although it was super jam and the entrance from Jln Cheras is really kelam kabut due to MRT construction.

IMHO, don't only look at the 7% paper gain, should see the future propestive of this project..
don't know why I feel that the MRT this round is different from LRT, lots of info and sources give me impression that they are seriously plan for MRT this time...
and when this MRT success, projects linked with it will be success too, it likes twin brothers...
